ROLE: Proactive Events Sales Manager
LOCATION: Ipswich, Suffolk
SALARY: £40 - £45,000 per year, plus bonus

A beautifully appointed luxury Manor House Hotel near Ipswich, Suffolk is seeking a proactive, commercially minded Hotel Events Sales Manager to grow our Corporate and Conference business and help shape our future success.

About the Role:
As Hotel Events Sales Manager, you'll be the face and voice of our venue - leading from the front in identifying new business, nurturing key accounts and driving revenue across multiple channels.

You'll be responsible for:
* Building strong, lasting relationships with corporate clients and event partners
* Proactively identifying and converting new business opportunities
* Representing the hotel at trade shows, networking events, exhibitions, and open days
* Collaborating with hotel teams to ensure seamless client experiences that turn into long-term partnerships
* Supporting brand visibility through local PR and creative sales campaigns

What We're Looking For:
* Experienced in hotel sales (ideally corporate/conference)
* Strong market awareness and confidence with B2B sales strategies
* A well-connected network and passion for hospitality
* A desire and attitude to drive to exceed targets
* A full UK driving license and access to a vehicle are essential
