Location: SouthWe are seeking an experienced and commercially focused Hotel General Manager to lead the operations of a quality hotel business. This role requires a strong leader with an excellent sales background, capable of driving revenue, profitability, guest satisfaction, and team performance.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience within hotel management, a strong understanding of sales strategy, revenue generation, corporate business development, and local market engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the day-to-day hotel operation across all departments
* Drive commercial performance, occupancy, ADR, and overall profitability
* Develop and maintain strong corporate and local business relationships
* Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance
