We are currently recruiting for an exceptional General Manager to lead a luxury hotel renowned for its outstanding guest experience, high service standards and strong reputation within the market. As General Manager, you will be fully responsible for the overall performance of the hotel, ensuring the highest levels of guest satisfaction, team engagement and commercial success. The successful General Manager will be a visible and inspiring leader with a passion for luxury hospitality and a hands-on approach to operations.
The ideal General Manager will come from a quality luxury hotel background and will possess strong commercial awareness alongside exceptional people management skills. This role requires a General Manager who can drive standards, develop teams and continue to enhance the hotel's reputation within a competitive luxury market.

Key responsibilities include:
* Full operational responsibility for the hotel
* Leading and developing department heads and wider hotel teams
* Driving revenue, profitability and overall business performance
* Maintaining exceptional guest satisfaction scores and service standards
* Managing budgets, forecasting and financial performance
* Building strong relationships with guests, suppliers and local partners
* Ensuring compliance, health & safety and brand standards are consistently achieved
* Delivering a strong luxury guest journey throughout all areas of the hotel

The successful candidate will have:
* Previous experience as a General Manager within a luxury hotel environment
* Strong commercial and financial acumen
* A passion for luxury hospitality and guest experience
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
* A hands-on and motivational management style
* Proven experience driving revenue growth and operational performance
* Stability and progression within previous luxury hotel roles
