This role would suit an experienced Bar Supervisor or senior bartender from a quality 4-star UK hotel background who is looking to continue developing their career within a supportive and luxury-led environment.

The Role

• Support the day-to-day running of the hotel bar operation
• Lead and inspire the bar team during service
• Deliver warm, engaging, and professional guest experiences
• Prepare and serve a range of cocktails, wines, and premium beverages
• Assist with training and development of junior team members
• Ensure consistently high presentation and service standards

About You

• Previous experience at supervisory level within a UK 4-star hotel
• Good knowledge of cocktails and mixology
• Confident leading service and supporting a team
• Passionate about luxury hospitality and guest care
• Friendly, polished, and professional with excellent attention to detail
• A natural people person who enjoys creating a welcoming atmosphere

Package

• £32,000 basic salary
• Approx. £3,600 service charge
