Luxury Estate - Cotswolds
JWR is delighted to be working with an exceptional luxury estate and hospitality destination in the Cotswolds, seeking an experienced and commercially driven Event Operations Manager to oversee the delivery of premium events across a unique multi-faceted estate environment.

The Role
As Event Operations Manager, you will take full ownership of the operational delivery of events from handover through to execution, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while maintaining strong commercial performance and operational efficiency.
You will:

  • Lead the operational delivery of premium corporate and private events
  • Coordinate multiple departments including F&B, guest services and housekeeping
  • Build and manage detailed operational event plans and timelines
  • Oversee staffing, labour deployment and operational logistics
  • Ensure consistently high service standards across all events
  • Drive profitability through effective cost control and operational efficiency
  • Act as the lead operational contact during live events
  • Manage VIP experiences and high-profile guest requirements
  • Implement SOPs, event processes and operational improvements
  • Work closely with sales, marketing and senior leadership teams
  • Resolve operational challenges quickly and professionally during events

Requirements
We are looking for an experienced hospitality operations professional with a strong background in premium events, hotels, resorts or estate-led hospitality environments.
You will ideally have:

  • Proven experience managing high-end events operations
  • Strong commercial awareness and financial understanding
  • Exceptional organisational and leadership skills
  • Experience coordinating multi-department operations
  • A calm, solutions-focused approach under pressure
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • Strong attention to detail and operational discipline
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and peak event periods
