We are recruiting for an experienced Head Chef to join a prestigious, multi-outlet luxury hospitality venue. Reporting directly to the Executive Head Chef, this is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for a passionate chef who thrives on leading from the front, developing high-performing teams, and consistently delivering exceptional food standards across a varied operation.
This role will oversee multiple kitchens and restaurant outlets, ensuring consistency, quality, and smooth service delivery across the wider food offering.

The Role
- Support the Executive Head Chef in the day-to-day management of the kitchen operations
- Lead and motivate the kitchen brigade during service
- Ensure consistently high food quality and presentation
- Support seasonal menu development
- Manage stock, food costs, and kitchen budgets
- Maintain food safety and compliance standards
- Train and develop junior chefs
The Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience as a Head Chef within a quality-led hospitality environment
- Passion for fresh, seasonal ingredients
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Commercially aware with experience managing costs and stock control
- Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety regulations
