A wonderful opportunity has arisen for an accomplished and inspiring Front Office Manager to join a stunning luxury resort in Surrey.
This role is perfectly suited to a highly personable hospitality professional who thrives on creating exceptional guest experiences, enjoys developing people, and leads with warmth, confidence, and attention to detail.
Working within a beautifully appointed 5-star environment, you will play a key role in shaping the guest journey from arrival through to departure, while leading a large and dynamic Front Office operation.
The Role
- Lead and inspire a Front Office team of 30+ staff, including 7 direct reports
- Oversee all aspects of reception, guest services, concierge, and front office operations
- Deliver seamless luxury guest experiences with a highly visible and engaging management style
- Support training, mentoring, and long-term team development
- Drive operational excellence, service standards, and guest satisfaction scores
- Work closely with senior leadership on commercial performance, budgeting, forecasting, and payroll management
- Ensure efficient use of systems and procedures, including Opera PMS
About You
- Proven experience within a 5-star hotel or luxury resort environment
- Current or previous Front Office Manager experience within a quality-led property
- Comfortable managing large teams within a fast-paced luxury operation
- Highly personable, engaging, and guest-focused
- Strong commercial and financial awareness
- Proficient in Opera PMS
- Passionate about people, hospitality, and delivering memorable guest experiences
Package
- c£55,000 basic salary
- Approx. £3,000 service charge
