This is a key leadership role within a high-end, multi-outlet property, offering the opportunity to oversee a diverse operation including premium food & beverage and luxury spa facilities, while delivering outstanding guest experiences and strong commercial performance.

The Role
As Operations Manager, you will work closely with the General Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of the hotel, ensuring seamless delivery across all departments.
You will:

• Lead and coordinate all operational departments across the hotel
• Drive revenue through rooms, F&B and spa, maximising in-house spend
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences, ensuring consistency and quality
• Lead, develop and motivate departmental teams to high performance
• Oversee recruitment, training and team development
• Manage budgets, labour costs and departmental performance
• Work closely with sales and revenue teams to optimise commercial results
• Ensure the property is maintained to the highest standards
• Maintain full compliance with health & safety and operational procedures
• Handle guest feedback and service recovery with professionalism

Requirements

• Proven experience within a luxury hotel operations role
• Strong background across Food & Beverage and multi-department leadership
• Commercially astute with experience managing budgets and driving revenue
• A confident, hands-on leader with excellent communication skills
• Highly organised with the ability to perform under pressure
• Professional, polished and guest-focused in approach
• Solutions-driven with a proactive mindset
