The Role
As Restaurant Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day operation of a busy and successful restaurant, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while driving commercial performance and team engagement.
You will:

• Lead, motivate and develop a talented front-of-house team
• Deliver outstanding guest service at every touchpoint
• Manage daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service
• Drive sales, profitability and guest satisfaction
• Recruit, train and coach team members to achieve their full potential
• Monitor labour, stock control and departmental costs
• Maintain exceptional standards of presentation, cleanliness and compliance
• Work closely with the Head Chef and senior leadership team to deliver a seamless guest experience
• Support the delivery of private dining, events and special occasions
• Create a positive, energetic and professional working environment

Requirements
We are looking for a passionate and hands-on hospitality leader who thrives in a quality-driven environment.
You will have:

• Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or senior restaurant leader within a premium restaurant, boutique hotel or luxury hospitality environment
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Excellent knowledge of food, wine and service standards
• A genuine passion for hospitality and guest experience
• Commercial awareness with experience managing budgets and labour costs
• The ability to remain calm and professional during busy service periods
• Outstanding communication and organisational skills
• A proactive and positive approach to leadership
