Are you an experienced Hotel Reception Manager looking for your next challenge? Or perhaps you're a confident Reception Supervisor ready to take the next step into management?

We're recruiting for a busy, well-established 4-star hotel near Wrexham, offering an excellent opportunity to lead a friendly Front Office team within a successful hotel that genuinely invests in its people.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll have the autonomy to make a real impact, develop your team and deliver an exceptional guest experience from check-in to check-out.

What you'll be doing:
* Leading the day-to-day operation of Reception and Night teams
* Inspiring,supporting and developing your Front Office team
* Delivering exceptional guest service and resolving issues with confidence
* Driving high service standards and ensuring smooth daily operations
* Managing rotas, departmental procedures and team performance
* Working closely with senior management to continually improve the guest journey

We're looking for someone who:
* Is currently a Hotel Reception Manager or an ambitious Reception Supervisor ready for promotion
* Has at least 12 months supervisory or management experience within a busy hotel
* Has previous experience using Reslynx (ideally)
* Leads by example, supporting the team and enjoys being visible on the front desk
* Thrives in a busy hotel environment
* Has a genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
