We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Breakfast Chef to join the kitchen team at a well-established hotel in the Windsor, Berkshire area.

This is an excellent opportunity for a chef who enjoys early starts, takes pride in delivering high-quality breakfast service, and thrives in a busy hotel environment.

The Role

As Breakfast Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and delivering a consistently high standard of breakfast service for hotel guests, while also supporting the daily food operation.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and serving both hot and cold breakfast items.
• Managing the breakfast service to ensure quality, presentation, and timely delivery.
• Preparing food for the staff canteen.
• Assisting with à la carte breakfast dishes.
• Ensuring excellent food hygiene and health & safety standards are maintained.
• Supporting the wider kitchen team where required.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience as a Breakfast Chef or Chef in a hotel or similar busy kitchen.
• A passion for producing fresh, high-quality food.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Please note:

• This role requires flexibility with working hours, with shifts starting from 5:30am.
• Due to the early start times, applicants must either live locally to Windsor or have their own transport and be able to drive.
