We are recruiting for an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to join a busy, high-volume events hotel renowned for delivering exceptional conferences, weddings, banquets and corporate functions.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced operation where no two days are the same. Working closely with the Food & Beverage Manager, you will help lead a large team, ensuring every guest enjoys outstanding service across multiple outlets and events.The Role
As Assistant Food & Beverage Manager, you will:
* Support the day-to-day management of all food and beverage operations.
* Lead and motivate a large front of house team across conferences, banqueting, restaurant and bar operations.
* Ensure consistently high standards of guest service and presentation.
* Assist with recruitment, training and ongoing development of the team.
* Manage staffing levels in line with business demands.
* Support stock control, ordering and departmental budgets.
* Maintain excellent health & safety and food hygiene standards.
* Work alongside other departments to ensure the seamless delivery of weddings, events and conferences.The Ideal Candidate
* Previous experience as an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager, F&B Supervisor or Restaurant Manager within a busy hotel or events venue.
* Strong conference and banqueting experience.
* A hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent communication and people management skills.
* Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
