James Webber Recruitment is recruiting for a Hotel Revenue Manager to join a successful hotel where you will play a key role in delivering the commercial strategy, maximising room revenue and driving profitability.The Role
As Hotel Revenue Manager, you will take ownership of the hotel's revenue strategy, ensuring occupancy, ADR, RevPAR and market share are continually optimised. Working closely with the General Manager, Sales and Reservations teams, you will analyse performance, forecast demand and implement pricing strategies that deliver outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement revenue management strategies to maximise profitability.
* Optimise pricing across all distribution channels.
* Monitor occupancy, ADR, RevPAR and market share performance.
* Produce accurate weekly, monthly and annual forecasts.
* Analyse competitor activity and market trends.
* Manage OTA, GDS and direct booking performance.
* Ensure rate parity and inventory optimisation across all channels.
* Lead regular revenue meetings and provide commercial recommendations.
* Work collaboratively with Sales, Marketing and Operations to deliver business objectives.
* Identify opportunities to increase total hotel revenue.About You
* Previous experience as a Hotel Revenue Manager within the hotel industry.
* Strong commercial awareness and analytical ability.
* Excellent knowledge of revenue management principles.
* Experience using hotel PMS, RMS and channel management systems.
* Advanced Excel and reporting skills.
* Ability to interpret data and make commercially sound decisions.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
