An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented and ambitious Head Chef to lead the kitchen of a highly regarded contemporary British restaurant and hotel food and beverage outlets in the heart of Warwickshire.
Working with the finest seasonal British produce, you'll champion sustainable cooking, create exceptional guest experiences and lead a passionate brigade in delivering consistently outstanding food. This is a fantastic opportunity for a chef who enjoys developing menus, inspiring teams and driving culinary excellence.
The Role
As Head Chef, you'll take full responsibility for the kitchen operation, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, consistency and presentation while contributing to the commercial success of the business.
Key responsibilities include:
* Leading and developing a motivated kitchen brigade
* Delivering high-quality, seasonal British cuisine using fresh ingredients
* Maintaining exceptional food quality and consistency
* Managing kitchen operations, stock control and food costs
* Driving high standards of hygiene, health & safety and compliance
* Working collaboratively to deliver an outstanding guest experience
About You
We're looking for a passionate, hands-on leader who thrives in a fresh food environment.
You'll have:
* Previous experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef ready to step up
* A strong background in high-volume, fresh food kitchens
* Excellent leadership and team development skills
* Commercial awareness with experience managing GP and kitchen costs
* A passion for seasonal produce and delivering exceptional food
