We're recruiting for an experienced Sous Chef to join the kitchen brigade of an award-winning luxury destination spa in Leicestershire.

Working alongside the senior kitchen team, you'll help lead the brigade and deliver consistently high-quality food across a premium guest operation. You'll also support training, stock control and the smooth day-to-day running of the kitchen.

About You
* Previous Sous Chef or senior chef experience in a professional kitchen.
* Strong culinary skills and a genuine passion for quality.
* Good knowledge of food safety, allergens and dietary requirements.
* Experience with stock control and ordering.
* Confident leading, motivating and developing a team.
* Calm, organised and able to maintain high standards under pressure.
