We are recruiting an experienced Interim Hotel Operations Manager to join a busy, established 4-star city centre corporate hotel.
This is an immediate interim opportunity for a strong operational leader who can quickly take control of the day-to-day operation, provide stability and direction to the management team, and maintain high standards across the property.
As Interim Hotel Operations Manager, you will have responsibility across the key operational departments, ensuring the hotel continues to deliver excellent guest service while achieving its commercial and operational objectives.

The Role:
* Oversee the day-to-day operation of this busy 4-star hotel
* Lead and support departmental managers across Front Office, Housekeeping and Food & Beverage
* Maintain strong service and brand standards
* Drive operational efficiency, productivity and cost control
* Ensure staffing levels are appropriate to business demand
* Support the General Manager with budgets, forecasting and operational performance
* Manage guest satisfaction and resolve operational issues quickly
* Provide visible, hands-on leadership throughout the hotel
* Identify immediate opportunities to improve standards and profitability

The Candidate:

• We are looking for an experienced Hotel Operations Manager, Hotel Manager or Deputy General Manager with a strong background within branded or corporate 4-star hotels.
• You will need to be commercially aware, confident managing large teams and comfortable stepping into an established operation and making an immediate impact.
• Previous interim experience would be advantageous, although candidates with a strong permanent operational background who are immediately available will also be considered.
• This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Interim Hotel Operations Manager looking for their next assignment within a busy city centre hotel.
