Head of Finance - Hospitality - Private Members Club

Central London | Up to £90,000 | Full-Time

JWR is recruiting a Head of Finance for a prestigious private members and hospitality organisation in Central London.

Reporting directly to the Chief Executive, this is a senior, hands-on financial leadership role with responsibility across a diverse operation incorporating hospitality, accommodation, restaurants, private dining, events and membership.

The Role

• Full ownership of the finance function and leadership of a small team
• Monthly management accounts, P&L, balance sheet and cash-flow
• Annual budgets, forecasts and longer-term financial planning
• Commercial analysis across F&B, accommodation, events and membership
• CAPEX and major investment project planning
• Cash-flow, treasury and cost management
• Financial controls, compliance and risk management
• Annual audit and statutory reporting
• Present financial performance to senior and non-executive stakeholders
• Work closely with the CEO on commercial and strategic decisions

The Candidate

We are looking for an ACA or ACCA or CIMA-qualified finance professional with at least 5 years' post-qualified experience.

You will ideally be an experienced Head of Finance, Financial Controller or Finance Director, comfortable combining strategic financial leadership with a hands-on approach.

Experience within hotels, hospitality, private members' clubs, restaurants, events or leisure would be highly advantageous, alongside strong commercial, budgeting, forecasting and people-management skills.

The Package

Up to £90,000, depending on experience, plus company benefits.
