Are you an experienced Head Housekeeper, Deputy or Assistant Head Housekeeper looking for your next opportunity?

We're looking for a hands-on housekeeping professional to lead the housekeeping operation at a well-established branded hotel in Derby.

This is a great opportunity for someone who knows how to lead and motivate a team, maintain high standards and ensure guests enjoy clean, comfortable and well-presented bedrooms and public areas.

The Role
* Lead and support the housekeeping team, ensuring daily tasks are completed efficiently.
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation and guest satisfaction.
* Organise room cleaning schedules, inspections and daily workloads.
* Monitor standards and address any issues promptly.
* Work alongside the team when required to ensure the smooth running of the department.
* Help maintain a positive, organised and supportive working environment.

About You
You'll have previous housekeeping management experience within a hotel, ideally at Head Housekeeper or Deputy Head Housekeeper level within a branded 3-star hotel or above.

You'll be confident leading a team, organising workloads and maintaining standards, while being happy to roll up your sleeves and get involved when needed.

£30,000-£33,000 per year, depending on experience.

A full driving licence and access to your own car are essential due to the hotel's location.
