We're working with a prestigious, well-established hotel and leisure property in Leicestershire, known for its high standards, excellent guest experience and strong reputation.
With a variety of dining experiences and a busy year-round operation, this is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Sous Chef to join a professional and supportive kitchen team.
Working closely with the senior chefs, you'll help lead the brigade, maintain high food standards and ensure the smooth running of the kitchen.

You'll be involved in:
* Supporting the day-to-day running of the kitchen
* Leading, training and developing the team
* Producing consistently high-quality food
* Supporting menu development and new ideas
* Managing stock, ordering and minimising waste
* Ensuring dietary and allergen requirements are met
* Taking responsibility for the kitchen in the absence of the senior chefs

We're looking for:
* Previous Sous Chef or strong Senior Chef experience
* Excellent culinary skills and a passion for quality food
* Experience leading and developing a kitchen team
* Good knowledge of food safety, allergens and dietary requirements
* Experience with stock control, ordering and waste management
* A hands-on, organised approach with the ability to work under pressure
* Strong communication skills and the confidence to lead from the front
* Someone who takes pride in food presentation, consistency and guest experience
