An exciting opportunity has arisen for an accomplished General Manager to lead a distinctive 55 bedroom boutique hotel in one of South-West London's most desirable locations.
This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on, commercially minded hotelier who thrives in a more intimate, character-led environment, where personalised service, attention to detail and creating memorable guest experiences are at the heart of the operation.

The Role
- Take full responsibility for the day-to-day management and overall performance of the hotel
- Lead, motivate and develop the team, creating a positive and service-driven culture
- Deliver consistently high standards of guest service and satisfaction
- Drive revenue, profitability and commercial performance across the operation
- Monitor key financial and operational KPIs, identifying opportunities to improve performance
- Oversee room standards, housekeeping, front office and food and beverage operations
- Build strong relationships with guests, local businesses and the surrounding community
- Manage recruitment, training, employee engagement and succession planning
- Ensure compliance with health and safety, licensing and relevant brand and company standards
- Identify opportunities to enhance the hotel's reputation, guest reviews and market position
About You
- Proven experience as a Hotel General Manager or Deputy General Manager within a hotel environment
- A strong all-round understanding of hotel operations, particularly rooms, front office, housekeeping and food and beverage
- Commercially astute, with a track record of improving revenue, profitability and guest satisfaction
- A visible, hands-on leader who leads by example and develops a motivated team
- Passionate about delivering personalised service and maintaining high standards
- Confident managing budgets, forecasting, payroll and operational costs
- Strong communication, organisational and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable working in a boutique or independent-style hotel where flexibility and attention to detail are essential
