Are you an experienced Head Chef or a strong Sous Chef ready to take the next step?
We're recruiting for an established hotel in Greater Manchester with a busy restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner, alongside a conference and events operation catering for up to 300 guests.
This is an opportunity to take ownership of a varied hotel kitchen, leading the brigade across daily restaurant service, hotel dining and larger functions and banqueting events.
The role:- Lead and develop the kitchen team across restaurant and banqueting operations
- Oversee breakfast, lunch and dinner service
- Deliver high-quality food with consistent standards and presentation
- Contribute to menu development and new ideas
- Manage food costs, stock control, ordering and waste
- Coordinate kitchen preparation and delivery for conferences and events
- Maintain food safety, hygiene and allergen standards
About you:
You'll be a hands-on chef with strong leadership skills and experience in a busy hotel, restaurant or banqueting kitchen. You'll be confident managing a team, organising multiple services and maintaining quality while working to commercial targets.
