Are you an experienced Assistant Manager, Restaurant Manager or Senior Supervisor ready for your next step?

We're looking for a hands-on F&B Assistant Manager to support the day-to-day running of a quality restaurant and bar in a beautiful countryside setting.

You'll work closely with the senior management team, lead the team during service and help deliver an excellent guest experience across restaurant, bar and events.

You'll be responsible for:
* Supporting the F&B Manager with the daily operation
* Leading and motivating the team during service
* Maintaining high standards of food, beverage and service
* Supporting weddings, events and private functions
* Assisting with rotas, training, stock and cost control
* Dealing confidently with guests and resolving any issues

We're looking for someone who:
* Has experience in a quality restaurant, hotel or events environment
* Is confident leading a team and running busy services
* Enjoys being hands-on and visible on the floor
* Is commercially aware and keen to progress
