Digital Marketing Executive - 6 - 12 months Maternity Cover - Up To 32k Pro Rata - Croydon Areas

We are seeking a creative, organised and proactive Digital Marketing Executive to join a growing hospitality retail business based in the Croydon area on a fixed-term maternity cover contract.

Working closely with the Marketing Manager, you will support the delivery of digital marketing campaigns, increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement across a range of online channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and schedule social media content across relevant platforms.
• Create engaging digital content, including copy, graphics and promotional materials.
• Support email marketing campaigns and newsletters.
• Update and maintain website content.
• Assist with digital advertising campaigns and promotional activity.
• Monitor campaign performance and produce basic marketing reports.
• Ensure all marketing activity aligns with brand guidelines.
• Keep up to date with digital marketing trends and competitor activity.

Skills and Experience

• Previous experience in a digital marketing or marketing role.
• Strong written communication and content creation skills.
• Good understanding of social media and digital marketing platforms.
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Experience with Canva, email marketing tools, Google Analytics or Meta Business Suite would be advantageous.
• Hospitality or retail experience would be beneficial but is not essential.
