- Hotel Operations ManagerWe're looking for a talented Hotel Operations Manager to work for our client.They want to recruit someone with demonstrable experience of * develop an effective working relationship with the hotel's General Manager, ensuring effective communication and early identification of issues and HR priorities, in particular with 1st appointment gm's.If that's you then you could be exactly what they're looking for.The Role:As the Hotel Operations Manager you'll report to the General Manager and will be primarily responsible for supporting the General Manager with the running of the business.In the job you'll be tasked with the following:- Leading from the front- Adding financial value through the process's and change you create- Maintaining and enhancing the guest experienceThe Candidate:The ideal candidate for this Hotel Operations Manager role will have relevant experience of * develop an effective working relationship with the hotel's General Manager, ensuring effective communication and early identification of issues and HR priorities, in particular with 1st appointment gm's.You'll also need experience of overseeing multi-outlets in a busy environment.Plus, it's vital that you've got experience of managing a team to deliver the best customer care.In addition, it's essential that you possess the following:- Excellent communication skills- Passion for excellent customer care- The ability to lead and motivateThe ideal person for the role will be the following:- A strong leader who is able to generate change- Passionate about hospitality- Have a strong rooms and food and beverage background within large hotelsDoes that sound like you?
