Guest Service Manager - Incredible Leisure Venue and Hotel.
My client is a very unique 60bed+ bed boutique hotel with multiple upmarket F&B oultets and leisure and events venue and in South Kent currently looking for a talented hands on Guest Service Manager to oversee all facets of guest service ideally from a strong background in 4/5* hotels at Guest Service Manager level.- Reporting to the Senior Guest Service Manager
- Dealing with any guest issues
- Excellent customer skills, used to providing exceptional service.
- Ability to up sell and also provide 4/5* customer service
- Strong trainer and team manager
Responsible for:
Receptionists, Guest Relations and Nights staff
