Hand on Operations Manager with a F&B Bias Essex
I am working with a stunning Boutique property that is looking for a hands on Operations Manager with key exposure to the entire running of the day to day operations within a boutique hotel
This Country House property is set in acres of its own ground and has built an enviable reputation for delivering great service
For this role we are looking for experience of:
Working within the 4 star independent Hotel sector
Strong hands on style with a passion for the guest experience,
Ability to influence service through the effective management of your teams and leading by example.
Commercial and financial acumen
Emotional maturity
