Front Of House Manager - Opera Trained - Warwickshire - £32k
The Job:
Our client is an independently owned Branded 4-star hotel in Warwickshire and are looking for an enthusiastic Front of house / Reception Manager to manage the day to day front desk operation of this 100 + bedroom hotel .
We need an experienced Hotel Front Office Manager to support the team to provide the very best guest experience at all times, from arrival to departure.
Your duties will include:
* managing the daily operation of the front desk, ensuring the smooth running of shifts.
* Management and analysis of guest satisfaction levels
* Maximise room occupancy, recognising guests needs to promote hotel services and in house facilities
* Setting of departmental objectives, policies and targets and rotas
* Ensure Team Members have current knowledge of hotel products, services, pricing and policies, as well as knowledge of the local area
* Recruit, manage, train and develop the Front Office team
* Evaluating the performance of the front office team including Nights
* Communicating with Management regarding employee and customer service issues
The Essential Skills:
Personal qualities required are:
* Knowledge of OPERA.
* Previous experience of managing a reception team at Manager or Supervisor level
* Ideally from a branded hotel environment and able to work early and late shifts are essential
* The ability to supervise and lead a team within a fast-paced environment
* Be self-driven, able to work within a team and be willing to be 'hands-on' at all times
* Have excellent personal presentation
* Be an excellent team player whilst having first class attention to detail
The Package / Benefits / Opportunities
An annual salary circa £32,000 per year is available for the right person DOE + excellent company benefits that come with a well-known branded hotel company.
