- Description
General Manager Opportunity:
- As General Manager you will be tasked with the day running of a large facility that offers 500 beds and food and beverage outlets.
- Working in conjunction with the established team, manage relationships with key contractors to maintain a safe and clean environment.
- Work closely with all department heads to galvanise an enthusiastic team towards delivering exceptional service to all guests.
- As General Manager you will work closely with key stake holders to deliver profitability across all income streams and cost centres.
The Employer seeking to appoint a General Manager:
- A unique venue that is well funded and offers a range of facilities from 500 beds, numerous food and beverage outlets, retail and gym.
The Essential General Manager Skills:
- The successful candidate will have gained experience in large accommodation facilities, residential conference centres, or leisure parks with facilities of 200 rooms minimum.
General Manager - Package / Benefits / Opportunities:
- A base salary of £55000 pa
- Annual pay increase ahead of inflation
