Luxury Hotel & Health Spa - Hampshire
JWR is excited to be working with a stunning lakeside Spa resort, looking for an experience Head Chef to head up their kitchen team with a strong focus on health and wellbeing.
As Head Chef you will work closely with the General Manager to reflect the Hotel ethos and produce well balanced, fresh & flavour packed dishes across all menus.
This a fantastic opportunity for an accomplished Head Chef or highly experienced Senior Sous Chef to join a successful company and continue to grow as an individual and progress further in their career.
The Hotel is situated in the picturesque countryside of Hampshire with 160 acres of remarkable woodland, providing the prefect relaxed hideaway.
Required Skills:
- Minimise wastage and encourage creative thinking
- Similar role within a fusion style restaurant as a Head or Senior Sous Chef
- Be up to date with current food styles & trends
- A clean, healthy, well balanced food style
- Adhere to food safety legislation
- Ensure good kitchen planning to enable a trouble-free service and customer satisfaction
- Help to promote and maintain a good working environment, leading by example and develop the team around you
- Be a problem solver, ready to come up with on-the-spot solutions
- Hands on, passionate, Energetic Self-motivated individual
- Manage ordering and controlling of stock
- Passionate about food, standards & results
- Maintain company GP %
Salary:
- £50,000 + Bonus
