Area General Manager
Our client is a leading hotel operator across the UK and Europe currently recruiting for an Area General Manager.
- Responsible for a small cluster of properties in the North.
- Driving improvement and performance throughout all allocated hotels
- Ensuring clear and consistent communication throughout all hotels
- Driving Metrics performance and ensuring all hotels achieve agreed targets
- Conducting regular performance reviews and supporting the hotel manager's personal training and development.
- Driving guest service and ensuring outstanding quality standards in all hotels
Experience within leading branded hotels would be an advantage as well as multi site.
