Deputy General Manager - East Sussex
This client is looking to employ a Deputy General manager for is restaurants based in the Gatwick area,
Overseeing 3 separate brands across 6 outlets reporting into the GM, you will play a key role in driving service levels through the effective management of extensive teams, effective rota management, excellent communications skills and a strong understanding of branded full table service restaurants.
This company prides its self on delivering exceptional service levels across three separate brand styles and requires a service driven, hands on Deputy General Manager from a large volume operation to work closely with the GM to ensure the teams are well looked after, remain motivated and informed, trained and developed accordingly.
Essential Skills:
Knowledge of working within all fresh table service volume led operations at Deputy General manager or General Manager within a smaller site
A 5 year traceable UK based work history
free from unspent criminal convictions
knowledge of properties with turnover in excess of £3m
strong communication skills
exceprience of managing teams in excess of 60 staff
warm and engaging personality style
utterly focused on the guest journey
