Junior Sous Chef
Luxury Privately owned Hotel - Wales
JWR is currently working with one of the most luxurious hotels in the UK, looking for a Junior Sous Chef to join the multi award winning kitchen team providing unforgettable customer dining experiences.
As Junior Sous Chef you must have proven experience in 2 AA Rosette standard kitchens and above, with the desire to progress in your career at the highest level, while being able to maintain standards and train junior chefs in the team.
You will be working closely with the Head Chef, creating stunning modern dishes in keeping with the identity of the restaurant, using the best local produce available in the area.
Our clients stunning 5 Star privately owned hotel is nestled in the heart of the Welsh countryside, with picturesque views of green rolling hills.
Required Skills:
- Excellent leadership skills with a calm mature approach.
- Clear passion for the industry and food.
- Natural ability as a chef with outstanding attention for detail.
- Real ambition to succeed at the highest level.
- Dedicated and excellent team player with strong coaching mentality.
- experience within AA Rosette environment and above.
The Package / Benefits / Opportunities:
- Package up to £30,000 including Gratuities and Pension.
- Temp live in available
- Gratuities are shared evenly through a Tronc system and currently amounts to 2k per annum
- 4 day working week
