The Role
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, positive, and ambitious Executive Head Chef
We are looking for a passionate Executive Head Chef to enthuse and motivate the team leading by example. You should have a sound understanding of the highest standard kitchens and be very comfortable working to high volumes. Strong organisational and communication skills essential.
The Exec Head Chef will be tasked with the operational excellence for the venue ensuring that the food offer and standards are executed to the highest standards. You will be adept at managing large teams of core members and casual staff. You must have a high level of creativity and flair in your food and the ability to produce stunning dishes.
The Exec head chef will be involved with very seasonal menu creation where ingredients are the core of the business.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Will have a background in 4 Star operations delivering the highest quality food
- Highly creative with high levels of energy
- Proactive management of your teams and able to develop talent internally
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to consistently deliver on quality and deadlines.
- Be a problem solver, ready to come up with on-the-spot solutions
- Hands on, passionate, Energetic Self-motivated individual
- Manage ordering and controlling of stock
- Passionate about food, standards & results
- Maintain company GP %
