Operations Manager
The role - An exciting opportunity has arisen for operations manager within a deluxe hotel that prides itself as being the outstanding hotel in the area. Tasked with the development of existing standards you will be key to the success of the project; you will have a detail of strong HOD's under your charge.
The Client
- A fantastic venue of large facilities with well-appointed bedrooms, stylish public areas and equally impressive food and beverage facilities. Part of a rapidly expanding hotel group.
Your background
- You will have background demonstrating a depth of experience as Operations Manager in large branded four star deluxe or five-star hotels.
- Commercially astute with sound financial acumen
- Not a 1st time Operations Manager appointment your CV will demonstrate a reasoned and measured career with exceptional strength in large Food and Beverage Operations.
- Highly motivated you will be a natural leader that supports and empowers his/ her team.
The operations manager package
- In addition to the strong remuneration package, you will receive guidance and tutelage towards taking the keys of your own property in between 12-18 months.
- A basic of IRO £55000 + Bonus + Company Benefits
