An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Operations Manager within a large deluxe hotel in the Liverpool area that prides itself as being one of the best hotels in the area. Tasked with the development of existing standards you will be key to the success of the project; you will have a detail of strong HOD's under your charge.
The Client
* A fantastic venue of large facilities with well-appointed bedrooms, stylish public areas and equally impressive food and beverage facilities. Part of a rapidly expanding hotel group.
Your background
* You will have background demonstrating a depth of experience as Operations Manager in large branded four star hotels.
* Commercially astute with sound financial acumen
* Not a 1st time Operations Manager appointment, your CV will demonstrate a reasoned and measured career with exceptional strength in large Food and Beverage Operations.
* Highly motivated you will be a natural leader that supports and empowers his/ her team.
The Operations Manager package
* In addition to the strong remuneration package, you will receive guidance and tutelage towards taking the keys of your own property in between 12-18 months.
* A basic of IRO £45000 per year + Company Benefits
