Family Holiday Park - Dorset
JWR is excited to be working with one of the countries most established & leading holiday park operators looking to recruit an experienced Head Chef/Kitchen Manager for their popular park in Dorset.
As Head Chef and will work closely alongside the general manager, managing the team making sure the high standards of the company are being kept throughout every aspect of the menu and the kitchen.
The menu offers great freshly cooked traditional family favourites, using produced sourced from the local area where possible. This role would suit someone from a high-volume gastro/Premium branded pub background, that understands seasonal volume and can work to company spec.

Required Skills:
- Currently a Head Chef within a similar busy premium branded environment
- Minimise wastage and encourage creative thinking
- Adhere to food safety legislation
- Ensure good kitchen planning to enable a trouble-free service and customer satisfaction
- Help to promote and maintain a good working environment, leading by example and develop the team around you
- Be a problem solver, ready to come up with on-the-spot solutions
- Hands on, passionate, Energetic Self-motivated individual
- Manage ordering and controlling of stock
- Passionate about food, standards & results
Salary:
- Up to £35k + Additional Benefits & Bonus
