Cluster Operations Director-
North East England
I am presently working with an excellent management company within the Hotel sector that is now looking for a Cluster Operations Director/Regional GM to take ownership of a portfolio of 7 properties
The 7 sites all sit within the country house hotel sector with T/o in the region of £2-4M, and a healthy mix of Rooms and F&B
This role Requirements for this Cluster Operations Director:
· This role will lead, train and monitor the operational product, service and strategy across your hotels
· Drive company brand standards for all key services across the hotels
· measure Operations performance across all hotels, sharing best practice across the group
· Development and Implementation of new F&B concepts aligned with hotels refurbishment and re-positioning
· Proactive recruitment, selection, retention and succession plan in place across all Operational departments
· Support hotel teams with guidance, training and SOPs
· Use data to drive performance of operations, deliver budgeted results and improved quality of service
· Identify areas that improve experience, revenue and cost efficiency
· Ensure all locations meet required legislative requirements
· Provide Operations & day to day support
Essential Skills:
A strong UK presence within the Hotel sector
Hotel Full Service General Management Experience ESSENTIAL
Multi Site Experience Essential
Full service country House Hotel Experience within the 4 star market essential
passionate and highly experienced F&B background
Excellent commercial and financial acumen
The Package for the Cluster Operations Director- North East England:
Base salary to £80k
Management Bonus
