Director of Operations - Warwickshire - £50k plus Bonus
Our client is a luxury hotel within a fine collection of 4-star properties who require a Director of Operations to manage their flagship hotel.
Operating to deluxe four-star standards we require a polished hotel professional to lead the respective teams towards their individual and collective goals.
As such we require an established Director of Operations or experienced Operations Manager who is capable of managing the hotel operation on a daily basis with experience of managing all front of house and back of house departments within a 200-bedroom hotel with meeting facilities for up to 1000 guests.
In return, we offer you a competitive salary up to £55,000 per year plus a bonus worth 10% of your salary based upon personal and Hotel objectives, plus:
