Required Skills:
- experience in managing high-quality food led operations either as Operations manager, General Manager or F&B director.
- Excellent commercial and financial acumen
- Be aware of industry trends and regularly change your offering with seasonality in mind.
- Manage and be responsible for rotating the team and controlling budgeted staff costs.
- Always maintain and drive standards of guest interaction, staff engagement and communication with other invested parties.
- Experience of working in a fresh food elegant or fine dining environment in the UK essential
- Experienced in banqueting and events
- Recruit, train and develop a passionate team
- Building relationships with supplier, staff and other key stake holders
