Required Skills for this Operations Manager - Stunning Hotel and wedding venue - Reading
- Manage the day to day operation within the Hotel and weddings venue.
- Experience with high volume banqueting, events & weddings
- strong communication skills.
- Be aware of industry trends and seasonality
- Manage and be responsible for rotating the team and controlling budgeted staff costs.
- Experienced in banqueting and large-scale events
- Recruit, train and develop a passionate team
- Ability to Build strong working relationships through effective communication

As Operations Manager you will work closely alongside the owners to take the venue to the next level and produce memorable experiences for guests. Whether it be a wedding day, birthday, or an anniversary meal the food will be the star of the show.
