Operations Manager - Italian Street food QSR Brand - London

The Opportunity:

My client is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to join their food led retail business in London.

As Operations Manager, you would play a crucial role in working with the facilities team and external contractors to complete various projects in a timely manner. They will ensure that the buildings always offer a safe working environment for their clients. The role will also heavily involve financial understanding and reporting to the MD and senior management team.

The Essential Skills for the Retail Operations Manager:

• Lead the financial fluency of the business. You will be well versed within a retail finance market in the UK.
• Lead and develop the teams with continual growth in products and concept.
• The ability to communicate well with others and can carry out instructions
• Confidence to pay close attention to detail and will commit to providing outstanding service to clients.
• Strong Organisation and attention to detail.
• Experience of working in new developments and capex projects.
• Strong understanding of H&C and Compliance
• A working knowledge of budgeting, forecasting & stock control
• Experience with expanding a brand would be ideal but not essential.
• You MUST have a passion for Italian cuisine.
