Head Pastry Chef
Award winning Wedding & Conference Venue
JWR is currently working with one of the most highly regarded event venues in the UK, looking for a Head Pastry Chef to join their multi award winning team, striving for culinary excellence, and creating memorable food experiences for guests.
As Head Pastry Chef you must have proven experience within 4/5-star Hotels or high-end event venues, as well as the ability and organisation to prepare your section for large scale conferences, afternoon teas & formal sit-down fine dining dinners.
You will be working closely with the Head Chef, creating suitable menu items for large executive business meetings to small high-profile diners.

Required Skills:
- Excellent leadership skills with a calm mature approach.
- Clear passion for the industry and food.
- Natural ability as a chef with outstanding attention for detail.
- Real ambition to succeed at the highest level.
- Dedicated and excellent team player with strong coaching mentality.
- Aware of current food trends & styles
- Knowledge of modern pastry techniques.
- Proven experience with large scale high-end events.
The Package / Benefits / Opportunities:
- Up to £45,000 DOE
- Live in is available
- 33 days holiday
