As Head Chef you must have the ability to work closely with the General Manager driving the reputation of the hotel and maintaining the exceptional levels of standards and service while operating within branded guidelines, achieving KPI's and other company targets

The menu offers great range of freshly cooked food, using produced sourced from the local area where possible. This role would suit someone from a high-volume gastro/Premium branded restaurant background.

The hotel boasts 139 modern bedrooms and 7 meeting rooms, prior hotel experience isn't a required, but it would be a massive plus.
