Ideally looking for an enthusiastic, motivating and passionate Operations Manager/Director who will be able to grow their teams through leadership and training, deliver and maintain the high standards required and who loves to see guests having an epic time.

Job Description
As an Operations Manager/Director you will be responsible for:
- All profit and loss accounts
- Used to running busy high end luxury restaurants in the UK & Abroad
- Driving revenue through various sales and marketing tools
- Making sure a training & developing plan is in focus at all levels
- Strong luxury lifestyle background with an enthisis on quality is essential
- Dealing with large scale events
- Be commercially minded
- Planning, organising and coming up with creative working ideas
- Passionate about customer service
- Strong man management skills
- Be able to think on their feet and come up with conclusive ideas
- Identifying problems and reacting to resolve the issues
- Be able to deal with costs in line with sales
The Ideal candidate will be:
- Experienced in a similar lifestyle luxury restaurant brand at atleast Operations Manager or bove level
- Be able to work with teams of over 400+ staff
- MUST have International openings experience and dealing with different cultures
- Must have strong financial understanding
- Must have multi faceted experience
- Be able to work in a high demanding environment
- MUST be flexible in working abroad from time to time
- Experience in streamlining operations and setting processes in place
- Able to instruct clear instructions to the senior management team
- Good understanding about putting action plans in place
- Event management experience
- Must be flexible in working hours
- Confident in dealing with owner/Directors
- Used to being in a customer service background
- Be proactive and being able to think on their feet
- Used to dealing with different types of clientele with customer service being the top priority
The ideal candidate will have great organisational skills along with the passion and commitment in driving excellent service to the clientele and a proven track record in the high end luxury restaurant business both in the UK and abroad.
