A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, positive, and very hands-on Head Chef to join our clients luxurious resort set in 1000+ acres nestled deep in the North East countryside.
We are looking for a passionate Head Chef to enthuse and motivate the team leading by example. You should have a sound understanding of the highest standard kitchens and be very comfortable working to high volume. Strong organisational and communication skills essential.
The Exec Head Chef will be tasked with the operational excellence for the venue ensuring that the food offer and standards are executed to the highest standards. You will be adept at managing large teams of core members and casual staff. You must have a high level of creativity and flair with the ability to produce stunning dishes.
