Operations Manager

Operations Manager - Norfolk - Circa £50-55k

I am working with a prominent resort hotel, situated close to the centre of Norwich that is looking for an experienced Operations Manager with excellent all-round skills gained within the 4 star market to help drive service levels within this busy hotel operation

You will need to have experience of managing and working with your Heads of Departments of a very busy F&B offering which has numerous meeting rooms which can hold up to 200, an outside catering operation for a few months of the year and a very large brasserie which can hold around 150 people per day and Lounge bar with an outdoor terrace serving refreshments including afternoon tea, when the weathers good.

For this role we are looking for experience of:

• Working within the 4-star Hotel sector here in the UK either as Operations Manager or Food & Beverage Manager is essential
• Strong hands-on style with a passion for the guest experience.
• You will need to show us that can lead your HODs to achieve great results and lead by example within F&B, Front office, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Leisure & Spa.
• Ability to influence service through the effective management of your teams and leading by example.
