I have a wonderful opportunity for a Cluster General Manager to join an up and coming bespoke diverse operation
The company consists of a boutique hotel, wonderful Gastro pub, cafe's and a production kitchenAs Cluster General Manager you will be based in Berkshire/Hampshire area ideally within a comfortable commute of the Newbury area, this is a role reporting into the CEO and will be responsible for the day to day running of the overall operation, its senior team and growth plans through to 2027 and beyond
Salary c£50-55 Neg for the right person + Bonus and strong company benefits
essential skills for the Cluster General Manager role area:strong financial planning and management,
Analytically,
Experience of managing a business in its entirety
operational and people management skills coupled with a in-depth understanding of a similar market in the UK
in addition a firm understanding of artisan products, provenience in menu design and cafe style operations would also be an asset
