ROLE: Operations Manager - Corporate Branded Hotel
LOCATION: Near Birmingham
SALARY: Circa £50-55k plus Bonus and great worldwide benefits
Our client is a leading 4* hotel near Birmingham that is currently recruiting for an Operations Manager
This hotel is already one of the foremost hotels in area offering quality bedrooms stock, well-appointed M&E and stylish public areas. Only an established Operations Manager will be considered and strength and depth in quality food and beverage operations is a must.
The Role: Operations Manager
Role Criteria
* The ideal Operations Manager will ideally have 4 star corporate Branded hotel career, together with a strong background with Events Operations.
* You will need to be hands on and be able to lead a very strong HOD team to drive standards, cleanliness and Quality of service,
* The Operations Manager will be responsible for assisting in the day to day running of the hotel with a bias towards Front of House including Reception and Housekeeping.
* You will also be responsible for staff development and ensuring high levels of customer service are achieved
* Reporting directly into the General Manager, you must have a good commercial acumen to demonstrate your ability to understand the P&L as well as have control of the payroll
* Operations Manager must have good accountability and sales skills as well as an all-round management experience
