We have the greatest of pleasure to be working with this stunning independent property based in Wiltshire as part of a award winning group and due to continued expansion we now have the following opportunity
Operations MANAGER - £38k Base + bonus and great benefits
The venue:
40+ rooms
50 cover relaxed dining restaurant
conference and Banqueting trade
£2m turnover with a 60/40 split F&B to Rooms
The Person:
Already a strong Hotel manager or Operations manager looking for that next step with an understanding of the local trade, You will pride yourself on being an exceptional communicator able to lead from the front being the face of your business.
Passionate and driven with a hands on approach
Knowledge of the 4 or 3 star market
Strong Commercial and financial acumen with the ability to look at your business and grasp opportunities
Strong knowledge of the corporate and leisure mix
Living within commutable travelling from the Salisbury area or happy to relocate
This is an exceptional opportunity for either an outstanding operations manager looking for that first step into GM or an already experienced GM from the luxury 4 star market looking for that next step
