Branded Hotel - Somerset
JWR is currently working with a leading hotel operator looking to recruit an exceptional Front of House Leader to manager the day to day responsibilities of the front desk and be the face of the business, meeting and greeting guests as they arrive and check out.
Salary/Benefits
Salary from £23,500
40 hour contract (5/7 days on rota basis, including weekends and bank holidays)

As Reception Manager, you will have previous customer facing supervisory/management experience within a hotel environment and be passionate about delivering the best possible guest experience at all times, whilst leading your team to do the sameAs Reception Manager, you will ensure the smooth running of the front office department and deliver the brands high standards at all times.
The Hotel has 100+ rooms, branded restaurant offering, space for meetings and events, and gym facilities
Requirements
Previous experience in a similar role
Excellent customer service, communication & leadership skills
Able to deal with enquiries and complaints
Recruit, train, motivate and develop your team, leading by example
Achieve set targets and KPi's
Manage the rota and staffing levels inline with the hotels budget
work closely with all departments
Cover duty management shifts
